The Atlanta Falcons have been able to move the ball fairly well this season ranking 16th in total offense, 18th in passing offense, and 13th in rushing offense. However, they’ve struggled all season long when it comes to scoring as they are the 27th best scoring offense in the NFL currently, and earlier today The Morning Shift talked about how Falcons Offensive Coordinator Zac Robinson has an opportunity to reinvent the offense with Kirk Cousins taking over as the team’s starting quarterback.

“I feel like it’s an opportunity for Zac Robinson to kind of reinvent what this offense is. I think it’s an opportunity for Kirk Cousins to kind of reimagine what his game can be here in Atlanta, and no matter what the future is kind of re-shape what the legacy is of Kirk Cousins in this two year tenor, as crazy as it is, and I just think that hopefully we can get Darnell Mooney back on track, he’s got to be a feature of what we have going on, and we’ll also figure out a little bit of depth in the passing game.” Mike Johnson said

If Raheem Morris, Zac Robinson, Kirk Cousins and the Falcons can re-conjure the magic that they had the first nine games of last year when Kirk Cousins was playing well, and the Falcons were 6-3 that would benefit all parties involved as far getting and keeping jobs next season goes.
