Chicago Park District workers could be walking off the job.
A tweet sent out by Service Employees International Union Local 73 on Tuesday evening said Park District workers have voted to authorize a strike, by 94 percent.
It's unclear when a strike might happen if it happens at all.
The Chicago Park District operates more than 600 parks throughout the city and is also responsible for 28 indoor pools, 50 outdoor pools, and 26 miles of lakefront, including 23 swimming beaches plus one inland beach.
The Park District owns Soldier Field, which is managed by SMG.
