  • Gov. Pritzker's plans to extend his stay-at-home order to May 30 hit a snag in court Monday when a southern Illinois judge tentatively sided with a lawmaker who argues the governor has exceeded his authority. A judge in Clay County issued a temporary restraining order against Pritzker's stay-at-home directive. Bailey said Democrat Pritzker needs legislative support to extend his shelter-in-place mandate beyond the original 30 days. MORE DETAILS HERE.
