CHICAGO (WBBM NEWSRADIO) -- About 200 DePaul students held a rally Wednesday targeting a professor they say has made them feel unsafe because of his political views on Palestinians.
Philosophy Professor Jason Hill wrote an article for The Federalist, an online conservative publication, that said "only a policy of radical containment or expulsion remains a viable option" to deal with Palestinians.
The DePaul students who demonstrated against him on the Lincoln Park campus were led by junior Jinan Chehade. Chehade said the students were standing up for all minority groups, not just Palestinians and Arab groups.
"An attack on one of us is an attack on all of us. Really, our demands are very simple: All we're asking is for the administration to condemn his statements as racist, which they are."

The student leaders say they are not calling for Hill's firing -- just that he undergo racial sensitivity training.
WBBM has asked Professor Hill for comment.
