CHICAGO (WBBM NEWSRADIO) -- When Maddie Kramer, a 2-year-old girl from Chicago, lost her battle with a rare form of spinal cancer in 2018, her parents decided to create a non-profit to help other families cope with the time spent in children's hospitals. Dancing While Cancering provides room decorations, wireless speakers and musical instruments to young patients diagnosed with cancer so they can decorate their hospital rooms.
