(670 The Score) The Bears are signing safety Jordan Lucas to a one-year deal worth $1 million, NFL Media reported.
Lucas, 26, has played four years split between the Dolphins and Chiefs. He played in 49 games, starting in four.
Lucas spent the last two seasons with the Chiefs, playing 14 regular-season games with the Super Bowl champions.
Lucas will join a competition at safety that currently includes Deon Bush and Kentrell Brice.
The Bears have not yet made the signing of Lucas official.
