(WBBM NEWSRADIO) — The Springfield School District has been getting a fair amount of flak from parents over a dress code for remote learning.
In particular, the handbook says students should not wear pajamas during online sessions.
"Raising the bar for all kids and helping them get there — whether they're in their pajamas or a tuxedo — is really what's important," Aaron Graves said.
The school district says the student handbook has a variety of penalties for young people who break the rules, including time outs.
