(WBBM NEWSRADIO) -- For animals in the DuPage county shelter, the way to a forever home may be through the heart of an admirer on Valentine's Day.

"Need a date for Valentine's Day?" asks the newsletter of DuPage County Animal Services.

"We've got you covered," they say.

Take, for example, rabbits Roxanne and Georgie.

"We give all of them a pickup line. So their pickup line was, 'Are you a magician?  Because whenever we look at you, everyone else disappears,’” says Andy Salis, special events coordinator at DuPage County Animal Services.

"Their bio is, 'Single white buns seek free-spirited partner open to new experiences. Ready to double the love in your life?  We are looking to make our twosome a threesome.  What do you say?  Ready to expand your horizons?'"

This is the third year for the Valentines-themed "pet purrsonals."
