(WBBM NEWSRADIO) — The body of a swimmer who went missing Tuesday morning at the Indiana Dunes State Park has been recovered.
Witnesses say they saw a person being struck by a wave and not resurfacing around 11 a.m.
The body was recovered 90 minutes later by the Portage Fire Department.
The identity of the victim is being withheld until family can be notified.
