Clare Lane has worked as community newspaper reporter, photographer and columnist in Chicago’s southwest suburbs and on the North shore, she’s also covered a range of topics as part of the Chicago Tribune’s metro desk. On the airwaves, she was an associate producer of WBEZ’s former daily talk show: The Morning Shift and then, the station’s Weekend Edition host. Now, she finds herself combining her interests in Windy City transportation and on-air storytelling as WBBM 780’s afternoon traffic anchor.
