CHICAGO (WBBM NEWSRADIO) -- Carvana, the leading e-commerce platform for buying and selling used cars, announced Wednesday the debut of its newest Car Vending Machine in the Chicago area.
The new Car Vending Machine is located in Oak Brook, standing eight stories tall and holding up to 27 vehicles. The company said "the patented coin-operated, all-glass structure creates a fun, memorable pick up experience for customers who purchase their vehicle on Carvana.com."

Additionally, offering as-soon-as-next-day delivery to customers in Rockford, Ann Arbor and Kalamazoo today showcases our commitment to bringing easy, transparent car buying to even more customers in the Midwest.”
Oak Brook is the first city in Illinois to debut a Car Vending Machine and the 17th in the U.S. Additional Car Vending Machines can be found in cities across Texas, Tennessee, Florida, North Carolina, Maryland, Arizona, Ohio, Indiana and Pennsylvania.
The Chicagoland location, in Oak Brook, features new design elements to give customers a more immersive car-buying experience, allowing customers to view the vehicle from a variety of angles while being vended.
According to the company, in as little as 10 minutes, customers can shop more than 15,000 vehicle on Carvana.com, as well as finance, purchase, trade-in, and sell their vehicle. Every Carvana purchase comes with seven-day return policy.
The new Chicago Car Vending Machine is located at 20 Enterprise Drive in Oak Brook and is open Monday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
