As anyone with a pet cat knows; their feline friends usually don’t mix well with water. Apparently that doesn’t change with size.
A video recently went viral showing a tiger attempting to walk across a frozen pond. However, when the ice cracks the tiger reacts more like a house cat than one of the wild’s most feared animals.
As seen in the now viral clip, the massive tiger carefully walks across the ice trying to get to the other side. As it gets near the end, the ice begins to crack forcing the tiger to jump up and scurry to safety.
“Tiger walking on thin ice, what could go wrong?" the viral video was captioned.

According to Newsweek, the video has since been viewed 201,600 times, with more than 3,100 likes as well.
While many on social media claimed they would react the same way, most were stunned to see the tiger in such a vulnerable state.
Maybe tigers aren’t so scary after all, at least if they are around water.
