CHICAGO (WBBM NEWSRADIO) - A suspect is being sought on the Southwest Side after several parked cars were found torched on fire late Wednesday night.
Chicago Police said officers and Chicago firefighters arrived a little after 11:30 p.m. at an open lot at 48th and Kilbourn, near Archer Park, and discovered approximately 15 cars were on fire.
The incident is being investigated as arson, police said, with detectives and the Chicago Fire Department’s Office of Fire Investigators working the case.
Police said no injuries were reported and no one is in custody.
