4 critically hurt in overnight Woodstock crash: Fire Department

WOODSTOCK (WBBM NEWSRADIO) - Multiple people are recovering from injuries after a car crash in Woodstock early this morning.

Woodstock fire officials said they responded shortly after 2 a.m. for a single-vehicle crash near Charles Road and North Queen Anne Road.

On the scene, firefighters found  two people ejected from the car, one was trapped inside, and another was able to get out. The trapped person was rescued.

Fire officials said the request for four medical helicopters was declined due to weather conditions

All four victims were taken to hospitals with injuries ranging from serious to critical.

Officials have not confirmed the cause of the crash.
