On Friday in Saline County, a woman crashed into an Illinois State Police squad car that was parked with its emergency lights on at the site of a crash.
State Police say it's the eighth violation this year of "Scott's Law" which requires all drivers to move over when approaching an emergency vehicle or any vehicle with its emergency or hazard lights activated.
Last year, a state trooper was killed in a "Scott's Law" related crash.
