The lawsuit against alleges that Ticketmaster---which is owned by Live Nation---deceptively displays lower ticket prices on its website, only to charge customers substantially more at checkout.
Raoul's lawsuit also claims that Live Nation and Ticketmaster unlawfully coordinate with ticket brokers, which drives up prices for tickets in resale markets and makes the two companies even more money.
