(WBBM NEWSRADIO) -- Body camera video from the shooting that killed Chicago Police Officer Ella French and wounded her partner is not being released to the public now.

The Civilian Office of Police Accountability cited a court order prohibiting it from releasing videos or other material involved in the criminal case against brothers Emonte and Eric Morgan.

In a press release Monday, the agency said it remains committed to transparency and is conducting a full investigation of the incident.

When the judge’s order is lifted, COPA officials said the body camera video, plus any eyewitness video, will be released.

Meanwhile the wake for officer Ella French will be Wednesday afternoon at St. Rita of Cascia followed by a funeral mass Thursday morning.

Emonte Morgan allegedly opened fire on French and her partner Aug.
7 as they were conducting a traffic stop in Englewood.
