CHICAGO (WBBM NEWSRADIO) — An auto parts thief is on the loose.
Police said he broke into two car dealerships on the Northwest Side in Belmont Cragin.
He targeted two different locations and robbed them within five hours of each other.
The first burglary happened just after 5 p.m. April 26 at Barnes Auto Group, 2125 N. Cicero Ave. while the Autobank at 2310 N. Cicero Ave. was hit hours later.
The suspect entered by breaking a window or pushing in an air conditioner in both incidents.
