
There’s plenty to be excited about when the Bears kick off a new season on Monday night, and that excitement includes more than the on-field product.
“Today is the day we get to tell the greatest fans in the world their food story for this year.”
Ryan Craig, Executive Chef for Levy at Soldier Field, unveiled the team’s lineup of food and beverages for Bears fans in the 2025 season on Thursday.
“We have Mr. Beef. We have Israel Idonije, a Bears legend turned hospitality restaurateur. He has multiple restaurants and bars. We have a chicken sandwich we’re doing with him, as well as a loaded mac and cheese.”

And Idonije isn’t the only former Bear bolstering the fan fare.
“Matt Suhey, the 1985 Bear, has his own pickled pepper company. We wanted to bring in that great story to tell, so we have the ‘Suhey Andouille.’ It’s Matt Suhey’s peppers on top of an andouille sausage.”
The team also hopes to make the purchasing process easier each and every season, starting Monday night.
“It’s going to be a party, and we’re excited to be the people providing all the food and beverage for that party.”
