(WBBM NEWSRADIO) -- A four-year-old boy was in critical condition after he was shot in the back while riding inside a car Tuesday afternoon.
Police say the incident happened around 4 p.m. near North and Kedzie. Details were not immediately available.
The child was taken to Stroger Hospital, officials said.
Detectives were investigating.
