BOLINGBROOK, Ill. (WBBM NEWSRADIO) --A shooting incident has left one person dead and another in critical condition in southwest suburban Bolingbrook, according to police.
Police also confirmed that the third victim has been released from the hospital.
The incident happened at the WeatherTech warehouse located at 1 WeatherTech Way around 6:35 a.m.
The suspect reportedly fled the scene at the time, but was located and is in custody at this time.
A person identifying herself as an anonymous WeatherTech employee reached out to WBBM and said the business went on lockdown at 10:00 a.m. Friday following a threat.
Bolingbrook Police Captain Anthony Columbus said there was a bomb threat on Friday. He said, “there is absolutely no relation” to the shooting, however.
