"Broadway is just so popular all over," said Keely O'Neal, Senior Project Manager, Experiences, Bucketlisters
The Broadway Sing a Long Bar will be inside the Virgin Hotel, 203 N Wabash Ave.
"It's a concept we created earlier this year. It's interesting to start somewhere like LA then move it down south and now bringing it to the Midwest. We think Chicago is the perfect place. Broadway is big here, theater is big here so it's time."
The pop up will feature themed cocktails, your favorite show tunes and plenty of photo opps.
"You walk into a room that is completely decked out in broadwau moments, red curtains throughout the space. You can actually step inside the cellblock tango from 'Chicago', we have a 'Moulin Rouge' moment with a light up heart. There are nods to tons of musicals. Each table has a mini micro[phone that you sing a long to." she said.
"You're going to hear all the classics. Songs from "Wicked', "Les Miserable', 'Chicago', "Rent" and all the Broadway favorites. You're encouraged to sing with your friends, sing with the stranger next to you. It's one large group event." said O'Neal.
The Broadway Sing-Along bar will be inside the Virgin hotel October 2 through November 15th. Tickets are available online.
