(WBBM NEWSRADIO) — Someone fired bullets at a truck Monday on the Indiana side of I-80, with one of the rounds entering the cab and piercing an energy drink can in a cup holder, Indiana State Police said.

Troopers were called around 3 p.m. to eastbound I-80 just east of the Illinois/Indiana border, where a truck driver said a motorist in small gray passenger car shot at his vehicle for no apparent reason, police said in a news release.
