ELMHURST (WBBM NEWSRADIO) - Elmhurst police are still looking for two suspected car thieves after a chase and crash early this morning.
Police arrested two suspects after searching for a stolen vehicle wanted for a burglary to another car in a nearby town.
The department said at around 2:45 a.m. the car crashed near the ramp from eastbound Lake Street at northbound Route 83.
Four males dressed in black had run from the scene, and police were asking people to call 9-1-1 if they had seen anyone suspicious.
Police used drones and K9s in their search.
