For the second time in roughly a year, the owner of a popular restaurant in Chicago’s Avondale neighborhood has been ordered to stay away from a female co-worker.
A Cook County judge approved an order of protection against Trevor Fleming after he was charged with nonconsensual dissemination of a sexual image.
The 41-year-old is one of the chefs and owners of Warlord.
The Sun-Times reports the victim says after she broke up with him in the fall of 2023, Fleming allegedly sent her a picture of them having sex and later sent other women videos of them.
The paper reports another female co-worker who also dated Fleming has an active order of protection against him.
Fleming’s attorney told the Tribune the charge does not allege violence and the protective order was issued over Fleming’s objection.
