On May 1st, Adolfo Carillo was driving on Army Trail Road in Addison when the DuPage County State's Attorney says he crashed at a high speed into a Lexus being driven by 65-year-old Rebeca Hidalgo.
Illinois State Police say Hidalgo was severely injured and was taken to a hospital where she died that night.
Authorities allege that Carrillo’s Blood Alcohol Content tested at 0.98.
Aldolfo Carrillo’s next court appearance is scheduled for June 1st.
