CHICAGO (WBBM NEWSRADIO) -- Usually, the Salt Shed is filled with the sounds of singing and live music, but this week, it'll be replaced by the sound of sniffling and sobs, just in time for Valentine's Day.
The Salt Shed will turn into a movie theater this week for it's first ever "Crying at the Shed" film series.
It will feature several romantic tear-jerking films from Valentine's Day on Wednesday through Friday, including:
"Little Fish" with Olivia Cooke and Jack O’Connell, the "Before" Trilogy starring Julie Delpy and Ethan Hawke, and a special screening of "Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind," which is celebrating its 20th anniversary.
The screening will be accompanied by a solo performance and Q&A with composer and producer Jon Brion, who hasn't performed in Chicago in over 15 years.
