Bus crashes into Currency Exchange, injuries said to be minor

CHICAGO (WBBM NEWSRADIO) -- No serious injuries were reported Friday evening when a CTA bus crashed into the front of a Currency Exchange on the South Side.

The bus struck the building near 111th and Michigan around 6 p.m., Chicago Fire Media reported on Twitter.

There were four transports of patients to hospitals, but officials said injuries were not life-threatening.
