Divvy bike users to see some price increases

CHICAGO (WBBM NEWSRADIO) --Divvy announced that it is increasing prices to "support its growing operations."

Divvy Annual Membership will increase to $143.90/year on February 5. Extra time fees for classic bike rides, beyond the included time of 45 minutes, will increase to $0.18 per minute.

E-bike fees will increase to $0.18 per minute and scooter fees will increase to $0.29 per minute. Out-of-station fees will increase to $1.20 per parking event.

For Lyft Pink All Access and and Lyft Pink members, there is no change to the membership fee, but e-bike, scooter, and out-of-station fees will see the same increases as for Divvy annual members.

For Non-member Single Ride and Non-member Day Pass, the e-bike and scooter fees will increase to $0.44 per minute and out-of-station fees will increase to $2.40 per parking event.

For non-members, the day pass price will increase to $18.10. There will be no changes to the Divvy for Everyone reduced fare program.
