Our PAWS Chicago Pet of the Week is a playful girl named Nutella. At a year-and-a-half old, she's full of puppy energy, which won't be a problem if you can supply her with a collection of hard chew toys, a daily KONG, puzzle and mat treats and - most importantly – a fluffy bed to help her rest and restore that energy. The PAWS team fixed up an injury in her in her knee that otherwise would have resulted in early arthritis, but she is all healed now and ready to play.
Nutella is a part of our Big Love Adoption Event Saturday, June 29 and Sunday, June 30 at the Pippen Fasseas Adoption Center. Adoption fees will be half off for dogs 40lbs+ all weekend. For more information, visit PAWSChicago.org.
