(WBBM NEWSRADIO) — A suspect is in custody after a fatal shooting in a suburban Chicago hotel Saturday night.
The shooting happened inside the Hilton Garden Inn in Oakbrook Terrace near Roosevelt and Butterfield Roads.
According to police, a man was shot on the seventh floor, and SWAT teams were called to the scene.
CBS 2 reported that the shooting victim later died at a local hospital.
Hotel guests weren't allowed back in their rooms for hours while waiting for the scene to be cleared.
Police scanner information said one woman was arrested and police were searching for a second person who may have been involved.
