(WBBM NEWSRADIO) — The FBI is asking for help from the public in identifying a man wanted in connection with a child sexual exploitation investigation.
The FBI has released images of the man from a video recorded by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children in December of last year.
He is seen in the back of a 2018-2019 Nissan NV Cargo Van and is heard speaking English.
He’s being called John Doe 48 at the moment, but the FBI wants to change that.
He’s white, 45 to 65 years old, with dark hair, and a gray beard. He has a tattoo on each of his forearms.
The FBI says he may have critical information pertaining to the identity of a child victim in an ongoing sexual exploitation investigation.
Anyone with information to provide should submit a tip online or call the FBI’s toll-free tip line at 1-800-CALL-FBI (1-800-225-5324).
