CHICAGO (WBBM NEWSRADIO) — A Chicago man has been indicted with multiple charges for child pornography and could face decades in prison.
According to the charges, Michael Porter, 55, produced the child pornography using several minors that he persuaded to engage in sexual conduct.
He's charged with seven counts of production and attempted production as well as two counts of receipt of child pornography and one count of possession.
The charges do not state if Porter distributed or attempted to distribute the material.
Explicit content was found on four hard drives, a cell phone and a laptop. If he's convicted Porter could face 100 to 200 years in prison.
