CHICAGO (WBBM NEWSRADIO) - Armed robbers held up five people in the middle of the day on Goose Island Sunday.
Chicago police said it was shortly after two in the afternoon when four armed males got out of a dark SUV and robbed people near Division and Cherry.
Three men and two women gave up their belongings without a fight or getting injured.
ABC-7 reported one of them was an employee of the Restaurant Depot who was helping a customer put groceries in their car when masked men robbed them while customers were in the parking lot.
The employee was shaken up and no one is in custody.
