CHICAGO (WBBM NEWSRADIO) — A 3-year-old girl died Tuesday after she fell from the ninth-floor balcony of a high-rise building in Chicago’s Douglas neighborhood.
Chicago Fire Department officials said it happened shortly before noon on 33rd Place east of Martin Luther King Drive.
The girl was taken to Comer Children’s Hospital, where she was pronounced dead.
CFD officials released no other information.
