The McHenry County Health Department is investigating illness linked to recent events sponsored by a local school.
Anyone who attended classroom activities or after school events at the Crystal Lake Montessori School is asked to take part in a new survey.
The McHenry County Health Department wants responses from those who ate food at either a classroom event or school sponsored event at the Woodstock school on or after February 7. The survey is available at the McHenry County Health Department's website.
Those who became sick and didn't attend any school events are also advised to take the survey.
