WARRENVILLE, Ill. (WBBM Newsradio) – Loyola Medicine plans to build a $120 million outpatient center in Warrenville, bringing primary care, surgery and more than 30 medical and surgical specialties to one location.

The three-story facility at 28301 Ferry Road would span nearly 100,000 square feet and include 60 exam rooms. Trinity Health is funding the project, which Loyola describes as one of the largest outpatient investments in its history.

Planned services include primary care for adults and children, an infusion center, outpatient surgery, diagnostic imaging and a retail pharmacy. Specialties would include cardiology, oncology, orthopedics, neurology and gastroenterology.

Loyola expects the center to accommodate approximately 100,000 patient visits annually.

“Healthcare continues to move closer to where people live and work, and this investment positions Loyola Medicine to meet that demand for decades to come,” Shawn P. Vincent, president and CEO of Trinity Health’s Illinois/Indiana Region, said in a statement.

The project still needs state and local approval. Construction is expected to begin in early 2027, with the center projected to open in 2029.
