CHICAGO (WBBM NEWSRADIO) -- A man accused of shooting a 3-year- old boy in the leg Thursday night when his gun accidentally discharged is due in bond court Saturday.
Milton Scott, 34 had been trying to holster his gun when it discharged and struck a three-year-old boy in the leg. The incident happened at a home located in Austin on December 1.
He has been charged with Armed Habitual Criminal and Child Endangerment, police said. The boy was taken to Stroger hospital and was reportedly in good condition.
