EVANSTON, Ill. (WBBM NEWSRADIO) -- Evanston police say they've arrested a man accused of a burglary earlier this year.

Police said they were looking for 19-year-old Camden Wall of Evanston in connection with a burglary and another incident in the 1700 block of Central Street in January.

Investigators said Wall was spotted last week in an alley near Dewey Avenue and arrested after a brief chase.

Prosecutors said Wall was charged with burglary and trespassing for the January incidents, as well as unlawful use of a weapon because police say he's a convicted felon and was carrying a loaded handgun when he was arrested.

Wall also had several arrest warrants from other jurisdictions, according to prosecutors. Investigators claim Wall tried to escape while in police custody at a hospital, but was quickly captured.
