CHICAGO (WBBM NEWSRADIO) -- There's been another attack on the CTA-the fourth in less than one week.
The latest incident happened at 12:40 a.m. on Wednesday at the CTA Red Line station at Roosevelt Road. Police said a 25-year old man was in the elevator when four men held him up at knifepoint.
They snatched his backpack and punched him in the face. The alleged attackers jumped onto a northbound train, but officers caught up with them at the Clark and Division station and cuffed them, according to police. The victim did not want medical treatment.
