(WBBM NEWSRADIO) — A man and teenager were shot in a busy area of Chicago's Near North Side Friday afternoon. It happened just before 5 p.m. near Chicago and Wabash Avenues.
Chicago Police say a 23-year-old man and 16-year-old boy were approached by someone who took out a handgun and shot them both in the arm.
They were taken to a nearby hospital in good condition.
Officials say a person of interest was taken in for questioning.
