CHICAGO (WBBM NEWSRADIO) -- A dispute inside a fast food restaurant on the South Side led to an employee being shot last night.
University of Chicago police said an 18-year old worker at the McDonald’s on Lake Park Avenue in Hyde Park was shot Thursday evening. The worker said he had had an argument with a customer.
The customer left, but returned shortly before 6:30 p.m. and shot the employee in the alley behind the McDonald’s. The worker was taken in good condition to the University of Chicago Medical Center.
No arrest has been made.
