(WBBM NEWSRADIO) — The Picklr opened a location in Naperville earlier this year and is planning others in Mundelein and Villa Park.
Now, the national chain of indoor pickleball facilities plans to open a new location late this summer at Mount Prospect's Randhurst Commons Shopping Center.
In addition to 14 indoor courts, the 42,000-square-foot facility will also have a full pro shop, locker rooms with private showers, private event space and a players’ lounge.
The Mount Prospect facility is part of a national expansion for The Picklr franchise. The group plans to open additional locations in the northern suburbs in 2025.
