(WBBM NEWSRADIO) – A few remaining St.Patrick’s Day-related events are among the fun offerings this weekend across the Chicago. WBBM Newsradio’s Rachel Pierson has the latest roundup of activities.

--The world's largest tattoo convention tour returns to Rosemont for the 13th edition this weekend. See more than 400 of the world’s best artists tattooing live, plus sideshow acts, live human suspension and more.

--Those who are young and young at heart can celebrate St. Patrick’s Day at Sloomoo Institute. Chicago's recently opened immersive slime experience is celebrating the holiday by hiding golden coins in the many artisanal slime vats. Find a coin and get a special slimy reward!

--If you like boozy races, then the Schaumburg Shamrock Beer Run and BrewFest is just for you. The party-style 5K offers craft beer before and after the race Saturday afternoon. Want to skip the physical activity? Head straight for the hops during BrewFest hosted at Busse Woods.

--Who said Easter eggs were just for kids? The Elmhurst Park District is hosting an adults-only egg hunt. Bring your own basket to Wilder Park Saturday morning and search for amazing prizes including gift cards from Elmhurst Brewing Company and a $500 cash prize.
