ROSEMONT, Ill. (WBBM NEWSRADIO) -- An incident at O’Hare Airport Friday night led to the evacuation of a plane.
The Aeromexico plane was parked at the gate. The plane was about ready to depart just before midnight.
According to police, an airport worker driving a luggage cart, hit the left engine of the plane. Everyone was ordered off the plane, which had more than 100 passengers. No injuries were reported.
The extent of the damage is unclear. Arrangements were being made for another flight.
