The Lake County Coroner has released the names and causes of death for several family members found over the weekend.
Mundelein Police were sent to a home on Wellington Avenue for a well-being check late Sunday night and found five people dead.
They have since been identified as :
80-year-old James and 77-year-old Rebecca Schmidt, who resided at the home.
22-year-old Maclaine Schmidt, of Lake Bluff.
37-year-old Nicole Heiser, recently of Antioch, formerly of Lake Bluff.
51-year-old Bryan Schmidt, recently of Antioch, formerly of Lake Bluff.
It appears Bryan shot and killed his parents, son and girlfriend before turning the gun on himself.
The incident remains under investigation by Mundelein police, the Lake County Major Crime Task Force, and the Lake County Coroner.
