Naperville starts cleanup from tornado damage

NAPERVILLE, Ill. (WBBM NEWSRADIO) -- Starting Tuesday, crews with Naperville public works department will make rounds in some areas in the southwest portion of the city hardest hit by the recent tornado.

Officials with the city of Naperville said only residents who live within the special collection boundary are being asked to put brush and tree debris on the parkway in front of their property. Residents do not need to cut back or tie brush or prepare it in any special way.

Crews will make several passes through these areas to collect the brush. The special collection ends at the end of the day on Friday.
