GURNEE, Ill. (WBBM NEWSRADIO) -- Criminal charges are pending against three people following a drug raid on a home in Gurnee.

Police said the target of the warrant was an individual suspected of selling methamphetamine.

They went into the home near Russell Avenue and Tanglewood Drive wearing hazmat suits. Zion, Gurnee and Lake County officers were involved.

Police said they found what’s described as large quantities of methamphetamine in the basement.

There was no evidence to suggest that the drugs were being chemically produced there, according to police. Three adults were arrested. Felony charges are pending at this time.

Police said they recovered four firearms, three grams of cocaine and nearly three kilograms of methamphetamine.
