(WBBM NEWSRADIO) — A company that takes fans on a walking tour of the spots where their favorite movies and TV shows were filmed is now coming to Chicago.
On Location Tours is already established in New York and Boston. Now, starting Sept. 16, they’re coming to Chicago.
Included on the tour: locations from Blues Brothers, The Dark Knight and the new Hulu series “The Bear.”
On Location Tours Spokesperson Erin Miller speculates about what might be the most popular spot.
“That’s going to be a little hard. I would probably say the parade scene from Ferris Bueller’s Day Off,” she said.
Filmed on Dearborn Street.
“You go down that whole street and you can put yourself in that moment. Maybe play some ‘Twist and Shout.’”
The company’s offering a bus tour of suburban filming locations in November.
