CHICAGO (WBBM NEWSRADIO) -- Niles police have released surveillance images of two people involved in an attack on a spa worker.
Niles police said a 60-year old employee of King Spa, located at 809 Civic Center Drive, in Niles, was pushed to the ground after he confronted a man who allegedly left without paying for services on March 29.
According to the Tribune, a member of the spa’s management staff said a man and woman had come to the spa together. After their services, the man presented a credit card, but it declined.
The 60-year-old employee who was injured was called to the lobby by the desk clerk, who was concerned the couple was going leave without paying once the credit card was declined.
And that's what they did, which lead to the battery incident.
King Spa management said the push caused the employee to fall and hit his head on the pavement outside the business. The employee was discovered unconscious and not breathing shortly after the incident.
Another employee performed CPR and revived him. The 60-year-old man was hospitalized, but is now at home recovering.

According to Niles police, the man and a woman were last seen leaving the area in a vehicle described only as a white sedan.
Anyone with information on the suspects is asked to contact Niles Detective Patrick Hoffmann at 847-588-6574.
